Foliation includes 2 intermediate blank leaves and manuscript prayers added on final leaf. Two medallions are attached to the 2nd blank (leaf [18]). Decorated in gold and colors, with 4 miniatures by an unidentified artist: Annunciation, Pentecost, King David praying, and Burial of the dead.

Purchased in Paris in 1932 by Louis Edgar Johns from Emile Rossignol. Given to Skidmore College in 1941.
