"On death and dyeing with an E, the second essay in Warwick Press's series on the book arts, was digitally produced in the spring of 2011. The text was set in Minion Pro using InDesign on an iMac. The tipped-in reproductions of pages from Eight days were printed on an Epson R1800. Each book contains an original piece of dyed paper. This open edition of fifty copies was digitally printed.
