An artist's book. Text includes 10th century poem, "Will love remember?" in the original Hebrew and in English translation by Peter Cole. Also includes English text by Lynne Avadenka. Accordion-bound, with each sheet halved horizontally and designed to be turned from top to bottom. With laced vellum and toggle closure on side. "Lynne Avadenka designed the binding, in collaboration with Linda Lembke"--Colophon. "Silentium Pro and David types and Hebrew wood sorts were printed letterpress on Shin Torinoko cream paper. The images began as brush drawings and were then printed as lithographs. The cover was constructed from Kyoshei-shi paper and vellum lacing"--Colophon. Limited edition of 25 copies.
