"Design by Claire Van Vliet. The boxes [were] made by Judi Conant and Mary Richardson... with the bouquets and their frames added by Audrey Holden, who also cut and sewed the pages. The title page was basted in by Tamar Thorne" --Colophon. Book constructed of cut and folded paper; cover made of calico patchwork. In fabric-covered box; silk flowers arranged in recessed panel beneath lid of box. Limited edition of 100 copies signed by the author, the designer, and the artists.
