Description
Title and statement of responsibility from instruction sheet. A signed, limited edition of 125 copies. Book is the size and shape of a black plastic pen, hinged at cap, with a metal slip ring. Issued in a plastic pocket protector inserted in a cloth pocket, fastened with a button.
