Description
145 copies have been printed at the Bird & Bull Press on a great variety of foreign and domestic papers using an even greater variety of types. Each broadside or set of broadsides is laid in a separate paper folder. All are in an olive colored cloth clamshell box lined in olive paper. A printed paper label is mounted on front.
