"... The lead type ... was set & cast by Julia Ferrari & Dan Carr at their Golgonooza Letter Foundry in Ashuelot, New Hampshire. Art Larson in Hadley, Massachusetts, printed letterpress ... along with some proofing by Carla Wojczuk in Hadley, also printed the intaglios ... The lithographs ... were pulled from stones by Tim Sheesley at his Corridor Press in Otego, New York. The marbled paper is by Karli Frigge from Joppe, the Netherlands. Donna Koretsky made the cover's frieze paper & Shannon Brock made the flax paper for weaving in Brooklyn, New York. Catherine Ulitsky folded & fenestrated pages in Hadley. Barry Spence wove the sheets & bound the sixty books in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts."--Colophon. Bound in paper over boards with onlaid marbled paper and sculptural object; laid in a black cloth-covered illustrated wrapper and folding box which serves as an easel stand for viewing the book. "Disasters of Love operating instructions" ([1] p.) laid in.
